While many gravel wheels are simply modified road wheels, Zipp has applied Total System Efficiency (TSE) specifically to the unique challenges of unpaved surfaces. Resistance and vibrations from bumpy terrain are major barriers to speed; this wheelset combats those forces with a wide profile that increases air volume, allowing for lower tire pressures without tire squirm. This design mitigates surface vibrations while maintaining superior grip during cornering and climbing.

The rim profile creates a seamless transition with gravel tires for unsurpassed aerodynamic efficiency. Despite its robust build, the 303 XPLR SW remains lightweight to keep riders fast and fresh during long days in the saddle. Built with the German-engineered ZR1 DB hub, these wheels offer improved seal durability and a quick response with 66 points of engagement. Please note that these wheels are only compatible with approved tubeless tires to ensure safety and performance.
