Constructed using a hybrid Carbon/Bio-Based Dyneema® layup, the ADHX 45 offers exceptional strength, durability, and impact resistance for demanding off-road adventures. Dyneema® — 15x stronger than steel at the same weight — provides extraordinary tensile strength and toughness while remaining incredibly lightweight.
By incorporating Dyneema® within TIME’s proprietary Braided Carbon Structure (BCS), the ADHX 45 gains additional resilience against the repeated shocks and vibrations of rough terrain, while retaining the stiffness and precision expected of a high-performance race frame.
TIME’s signature Braided Carbon Structure technology weaves dry fibers into complex, continuous bi-directional tubes. This allows precise control over ride characteristics and unmatched comfort across mixed surfaces.
The result is a frame with continuous carbon fibers running the full length of its structure — eliminating the weak points inherent to traditional prepreg carbon construction. The ADHX 45 feels planted, smooth, and stable when loaded, yet lively and efficient when you push the pace.
Using Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), the ADHX 45 achieves near-perfect structural integrity. This advanced manufacturing process — standard in aerospace and automotive industries but rare in cycling — injects resin at high pressure between rigid internal and external molds to eliminate air pockets and voids.
