Dyneema® is 15x stronger than steel at the same weight, with a tensile strength up to 43 cN/dtex. It’s so light it floats on water – and so tough it redefines what’s possible in a road frame.
TIME’s in-house Braided Carbon Structure (BCS) process enables the seamless integration of Dyneema®, increasing strength and impact resistance while maintaining that signature responsive feel.
TIME’s Braided Carbon Structure weaves dry fibers into continuous bi-directional tubes, allowing full-length fiber continuity and perfect material tuning. With up to 16 different filaments to select from, every layup is precisely tailored for balanced stiffness, comfort, and performance.
Unlike traditional prepreg carbon sheets that end at mold seams, BCS delivers uninterrupted fibers for unmatched ride quality, compliance, and longevity.
Using Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) – a process rare in cycling but common in aerospace – TIME achieves a flawless carbon structure with zero air pockets or voids. Resin is injected under high pressure between rigid internal and external molds, ensuring perfect compaction and a beautifully consistent finish.
The result? A frame that looks as refined as it rides – engineered to perform, built to last, and unlike anything else on the road.
